Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Operations Manager / Field Operator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in both operational strategy and field execution. You will support and oversee accounts across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and consistent service standards.
In this role, you will optimize operational systems and processes, maximize efficiency and profitability, and ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will conduct site walkthroughs, complete detailed reports, inspect supply closets, verify proper tools and procedures are being used, and represent the company during new account onboarding. As new business is added, travel between states will be required.
This is a long-term opportunity with strong growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business across multiple locations
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure quality control and operational compliance
  • Complete detailed field reports and performance evaluations
  • Inspect supply closets and monitor inventory levels
  • Ensure proper tools, equipment, and procedures are being followed
  • Represent the company professionally during new account onboarding and client interactions
  • Travel between states to support expansion and new business implementation
  • Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
  • Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
  • Examine financial data and budgets and assist in creating financial forecasts
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role preferred
  • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, create budgets, and support financial forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
