Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician for a 288 space, all-age Manufactured Housing Community in Peoria, Arizona.

Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:

  • Building and facility maintenance.
  • Plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water).
  • Groundskeeping and landscape.
  • Swimming pool maintenance.
  • General carpentry.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
  • 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)

 COMPENSATION:

  • Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00
