Gas Meter Installer
Full Time Greer, SC
About the Role
American Energy Resources is hiring Gas Meter Installers to perform installation and replacement of gas meters in the field. This is a physically active role working outdoors as part of a technician team.
Responsibilities
  • Install and replace gas meters.
  • Perform outdoor field work in varying weather conditions.
  • Follow all company safety procedures at all times.
  • Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field.
Requirements
  • A valid drivers license is required for job-related travel.
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and using field equipment.
  • Strong reliability and work ethic.
Compensation
  • $20.00 per hour during training.
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours.
  • Weekly performance incentives available.
