The Garment Technician will be responsible for delivering, unloading, and organizing garments to their correct areas.
Roles & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Stop at risk behavior of others and self
  • Perform work assignments individually or in a team with other employees as required
  • Perform repetitive tasks
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
  • Take direction and respond to supervision
  • Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
  • Fill in during staff shortage
  • Breakdown of Prudential Tall Boys in B13 Warehouse
  • Staging Industrial garments in B13 Warehouse for delivery by drop zone and size
  • Delivery of clean Industrial garments to drop zones throughout campus
  • Removal of soiled bags from drop zones throughout campus
  • Return of soiled bags to B13

Qualification
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/ or Experience
No education requirement 6 months to 1-year experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
May be required to have a valid driver's license.
Completed all safety and task training certification.
May be required to be forklift certified.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
