Are you a movement maker? Are you seeking new and exciting career opportunities?Here is what you need to know about the job:

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Designer to join our growing team. This role will work directly alongside the Director to support the design, development, and execution of apparel collections across multiple brands and retail channels.

The ideal candidate must have prior design experience, a sensible understanding of fabrications across all categories, fits, and market trends, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. These casual collections although are all categories of apparel, will be grounded in denim so anunderstandingof denim is required. This individual should be highly organized, capable of working independently, and confident managing daily responsibilities and communication when the Director is traveling for customer presentations and development meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in the creation and execution of seasonalapparelcollections

  • Research and identify emergingtrends, fashion, wash, and market trends

  • Build compelling trend, concept, and customer presentation decks

  • Assist in any wash development, garment curations, and seasonal assortments for various brands and customers

  • Create and maintain technical packages (tech packs) with accurate garment details and construction information

  • Partner closely with overseas factories and vendors on daily communication regarding development, submits, approvals, timelines, and execution

  • Review samples and provide comments related to wash, fit, construction, handfeel, and overall aesthetic

  • Organize and track development calendars, sample flow, and presentation needs

  • Help ensure product execution aligns with customer expectations, trend direction, and brand positioning

  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Independently oversee and support daily denim department responsibilities when needed

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of apparel product development experience including denim

  • Strong understanding of washes, fits, fabrications, and garment construction

  • Experience in creating tech packs and working directly with overseas factories

  • Proficient in AI platforms, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong eye for trend, styling, details and elevated product execution

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership

Preferred Skills

  • Presentation deck and trend board creation experience

  • Understanding of elevated and fashion-forwarddenim & non denimmarkets

  • Experience reviewing washdevelopments and laundry submissions

Compensation/Benefits:

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00, which can vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
