Job description

Overview

We are looking for an Outerwear Production Quality Controller to join our team based in Romania.

Your Impact

The Production Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring quality control by supervising external suppliers in Romania. They will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards of the commissioned garments.

Activities
  • Monitoring and controlling garment’s quality in the suppliers
  • Verifying the construction and fit of the Outerwear production garment
  • Final Quality Control of products within the established timeframes
  • Coordinating with HQ and Moncler Employees involved
  • Issuing quality reports using dedicated management software
Qualifications
  • Technical knowledge of outerwear products
  • Knowledge of down-jackets is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury structured multinational organizations, in the same or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Availability to travel and visit production sites in Italy and abroad
  • High degree of autonomy
  • Availability for international mobility
  • Fluent in English, Italian or Romanian
