You'll Offer:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry

  • Ability to build relationships, listen to and read patients' needs to close over 3 million dollars worth of dental services each year
  • Excellent communication skills to convey treatment options and guide dental treatment decisions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple unclosed cases with patients at varying buying stages
  • Enthusiasm for diligently following up with patients who need dental care but may be reluctant due to time, finances, or fear
  • Willingness to learn how to efficiently schedule appointments within our "Perfect Day Template"
  • Meticulous attention to detail when collecting and documenting patient information and payments
  • Strong ability to accurately prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
