Job Summary:

Loaders safely move, stack, and secures raw materials or finished products, typically operating forklifts or pallet jacks. They ensure order accuracy, maintain high temperature/sanitary standards (GMP/HACCP)

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Execution

• Load materials according to production schedule

• Load raw materials or packaging onto line

Quality & Compliance

• Confirm item, lot and expiration with QC and Operator

• Follow all food safety and plant safety procedures

Coordination & Communication

• Notify Supervisor after inspection

Cleaning & Changeover

• Clean and sanitize area and equipment

Hiring Requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 8–10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
