Hollandia Nurseries, a Premiere Nursery, Grower and vendor of plants and nursery stock material of 60 years is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic person as GARDEN CENTER MANAGER in Bethel Connecticut. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer services and sales skills in a Horticulture environment. Candidate will work in a fast paced retail environment with people and plants.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES
Management of cashiers & garden center staff for schedule and daily tasks
Create retail displays and garden designs
Holiday Dcor and Seasonal Displays
Requirements:
2-3 years of Nursery/plant experience
Retail Management experience / Weekends are required
Horticulture Experience- knowledge of trees, plants and shrubs
Strong interpersonal communication skills
