Follow menus provided for meal preparation.Perform clean up after meals; ensure proper sanitation and food safety guidelines are followed.Wash dishes, assemble dishes for meal times, transport food from kitchen to centers/ classrooms and sanitize and clean the kitchen, duties such as sweeping, mopping and taking out the garbage.Additional Job Responsibilities:Some placements require transporting food to center locations and meet requirements to drive program vehicle.
