Job description

ELS is hiring for the position of Bartender in Wautoma, Wisconsin.
What you'll do:
The Bartender makes drinks, takes and delivers food orders and performs all duties that pertain to keeping the bar running smoothly.
Your job will include:
  • Clean and wash the full bar area, including refrigerators, beer coolers, etc.
  • Sweep and mop bar floors.
  • Unload, organize and store bar supplies. .
  • Remove garbage and wash garbage cans.
  • Complete all tasks in a timely and thorough manner.

Experience & skills you'll need:
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience working with the public.
  • Reliable team player with a pleasant attitude.
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Some experience working in a bar preferred.
  • Sound knowledge beverages and drink mixing.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, which will include evenings and weekends.
