Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

As our dishwasher, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our kitchen in motion. By ensuring every Plate, pan, and utensil is ready, you’ll help line cooks focus on creating dishes our guest will remember  

What are we looking for? 

  • Reliability and consistency and your team can count on you every shift.  
  • An appreciation for perfect execution and guest focused service. 
  • The ability to manage high volume production in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and safety  
  • Experience is preferred, but not required. 
  • Experience preferred but not required. 
  • Legal working age. 
  • The ability to lift & carry 35-50lbs unassisted. 
  • Must be able to move around 80-90% of your shift. 
  • Be able to carry trays of dishes. 
  • To be able to perform 8-10 hours of work at a time 

A Dishwasher will: 

  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine. 
  • Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook line and other proper storage areas. Rewash the soiled dishes before delivery. 
  • Change dishwater in dishwasher to standard. 
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand. 
  • Remove trash and garbage into a dumpster. 
  • Set up or break down the dishwashing area. 
  • Manage overall cleanliness of the kitchen
