Position Summary

We are looking for energetic and reliable Concessions Grab and Go Attendants to support concessions operations across multiple locations at Benchmark International Arena, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience during events. As a Concessions Grab and Go Attendant, you will be responsible for the sale of self-serve items at Grab and Go Market locations. Preparing and pouring beverages when applicable and serving them to guests. Ensuring quality presentation of products and equipment. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$17.50

Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to the Concessions Manager(s).
  • Responsible for transporting products whenever necessary.
  • Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
  • Troubleshoots basic machine issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage.
  • Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
  • Check guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
  • Must abide by arena guidelines for pouring beverages.
  • Communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Must be able to operate POS.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods during events. 
  • Able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch. 
  • The employee is frequently required to lift heavy objects.
