Rolfson Oil, LLC is a growing fuel supply and logistics company focused on the fueling needs of the oil and natural gas industry. Since 1985 Rolfson Oil has delivered bulk fuel and lubricants to business, agriculture, and the oil fields in North Dakota, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado. Our operations have expanded over the past year, growing from one to seven different U.S. basins during that time.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
  • Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
  • Managing routine upkeep of offices, shop, yard and other exterior areas
  • Completing non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
  • Handling emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
  • Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
  • Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
  • Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
  • Removing garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for pick-up
  • Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to work outside and inside year round
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain schedule
  • Strength in professionalism and customer service skills
  • Highly organized
  • Pass drug test and criminal background check
  • Prior cleaning experience preferred
