Position: Janitorial CleanerPay Rate: $23.00 per hourSchedule: **Part-time** Tuesday and Friday ONLY, between the hours of: 9:00am-12pm (Typically takes 2 hours per shift to clean)Overview:Nascence Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and order throughout assigned facilitiesClean, sanitize, and restock restrooms using designated products and proceduresDust, polish, and wipe down furniture and high-touch surfacesEmpty and clean garbage and recycling bins as neededPerform heavy cleaning tasks such as mopping, floor care, shampooing rugs, and vault toilet cleaningSafely operate and maintain cleaning tools and power equipmentSecure all doors and facilities after cleaning is completeAdhere to safety standards, including proper chemical usage and handling of cleaning agentsQualifications:Ability to lift, move, and store cleaning supplies and equipmentPhysical capability to walk, stand, kneel, and reach throughout the shiftAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsMust work well independently and as part of a teamStrong sense of responsibility and reliabilityPrior experience in janitorial or maintenance services preferredEqual Employment Opportunity:Nascence Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
