Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support casino gaming and financial technology equipment across multiple properties in the Seneca Falls and surrounding lakeside region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving in the field, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced casino environment.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs on kiosks, ATMs, slot machines, and related systems while ensuring a high level of equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair gaming machines, kiosks, ATMs, and related systems

Provide technical support for operational and maintenance issues across gaming and fintech equipment

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

Serve as the primary on-site contact for technical service issues and customer support

Assist with installations, site surveys, and system upgrades

Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and network-related issues using established procedures

Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service documentation in a timely manner

Travel between casino properties to support service needs and maintain strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred

1+ years of technician or field service experience preferred, ideally supporting gaming, ATM, kiosk, or related equipment

Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to obtain a gaming license

Comfortable with frequent travel between casino properties

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work with tools and technical equipment

Comfortable working in casino and gaming environments

For this role, the starting compensation range is $46,530k - $63,975k, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
