Break & Perfect Core Systems:

  • Execute structured test plans across gameplay, UI, and multiplayer systems

  • Stress test networking and matchmaking under real-world tournament conditions

  • Identify, log, and track bugs with detailed, reproducible steps that engineers actually thank you for

Shape Competitive Excellence:

  • Validate weapon systems, ballistics, and hit registration at pro-player standards

  • Test complex inventory, loot spawning, and persistence systems that underpin player economies

  • Ensure AI behaviors and pathfinding meet competitive integrity requirements

Drive Quality Culture:

  • Collaborate directly with engineers, designers, and artists to validate fixes

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years professional QA experience in games (PC/console preferred)

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, bug tracking, and test case design

  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4/5 testing workflows

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Genuine passion for FPS games with an eye for balance and polish
