The Role:

Logitech is looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing campaigns for the Logitech G brand. The Global Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to cement Logitech G as an iconic gaming brand, to engage with gamers worldwide, and develop programs that drive sales.

This is an important and influential position that will articulate the key marketing strategies and objectives and then drive an efficient action plan by leading a network of external partners, internal stakeholders, and cross functional groups. This role has a wide scope of responsibilities including product positioning, marketing planning, campaign development, creative development, agency engagement, and e-commerce. You will be part of a committed group of gamers and marketers who develop ideas and content for Logitech G, one of the top brands in the gaming industry.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to internalize business objectives and align marketing strategies to meet those objectives. This includes an expert understanding of the various components and disciplines of the "marketing mix" and how they impact specific marketing outcomes and business results. This role also requires excellent partnership and collaboration skills as it works with various groups throughout the company worldwide to bring forth the most comprehensive and impactful marketing plan possible. These groups will include: Creative Strategy, Internal/External agencies, Communications and Social Media, Web Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Media, Consumer Insights, and Analytics.

As our Global Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building product, category, and brand campaigns that achieve both commercial success and critical acclaim.

    • Develop campaign objectives, KPIs, tactics, and approach based on business goals, marketplace opportunities, and innovation strategy

    • Write briefs including creative briefs, web briefs, and production briefs as well as presentations for campaign work

    • Work with multiple external partners on co-marketing plans, creative alignment, and go-to-market coordination

    • Coordinate with worldwide teams such as web teams, social and communication teams, retail teams, regional marketing teams, and other partners to ensure strategic alignment and tactical needs (e.g. assets, channel best practices) are met

    • Guide creative strategy in tandem with internal and external stakeholders and agencies

    • Manage and approve how the product is positioned on logitechG.com through product display pages, landing pages, etc.

    • Work with internal teams to maximize e-commerce sales on logitechG.com

    • Present work to internal stakeholders across the organization

  • Ensuring excellence in creative execution

    • Enforce brand guidelines and protect the endemic voice

    • Understand and elevate technology innovation and product performance in marketing storytelling

    • Coordinate with product marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders to tell tell accurate and engaging stories to our audience

  • Developing and refining go-to-market consumer strategies based on market intelligence, consumer insights, and best practices.

  • Driving 360 degree omni-channel campaigns that bring together social, PR, influencer, and channel marketing programs

Your Skills:

  • 7+ years experience in marketing gaming or consumer electronics products

  • Experience crafting marketing messaging and copy for product assets including packaging, product detail pages, retailer POS displays, etc. and campaign assets including tag lines, ad banners, launch video titles, etc.

  • Experience developing global product launch campaigns from inception through execution including launch and sustaining short form and long form video content, social advertising content, and retailer content

  • Strong organizational skills, project management, and excellent attention to detail

  • Experience working with and managing internal or external agencies

  • Ability to lead groups, creativity, and partner collaboration

  • Presentation skills, including public speaking and presentation development (Google Slides, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Strong passion for gaming, with an understanding of the Gaming space

Compensation:

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 129,000 and $ 175,000
