About the Team

The Family CX team was created to unlock differentiated experiences to serve the unique needs of how customers manage shared finances. Money is deeply personal, but it's rarely managed alone. Whether it's parents teaching teens financial independence, partners blending their lives, or caregivers supporting aging parents, traditional banking wasn't built for the way families actually live. That's where you come in. As a Senior Manager, Product Manager on our Family CX team, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle to design collaborative multi-user banking solutions that span generations. You'll join a passionate, cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and business analysts hyperfocused on redefining how families interact with their money-and each other. Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

    • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management


New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management


Philadelphia, PA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management


Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management


Wilmington, DE: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management







Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
