Electronics Assembler – Entry Level

Spartronics; 27 Hale Spring Rd; Plaistow, NH 03865


Work Hours

This is a 1st Shift position. Our work hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4pm and Friday 7am-11am. Overtime, as needed.


What You’ll Do

As an Electronics Assembler, you’ll work with a team to build and assemble electronic and mechanical products in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment.


Typical responsibilities include:

  • Using hand tools and power tools to assemble electronic and mechanical components
  • Following step-by-step work instructions and diagrams
  • Learning soldering and cable/wire assembly techniques
  • Reading basic schematics and drawings
  • Using computers to access work instructions and production systems
  • Inspecting your work to ensure high quality
  • Keeping your workspace clean and organized
  • Supporting team production goals and safety standards

What You’ll Learn

At Spartronics, this role is a great starting point for a long-term manufacturing or technical career. You’ll have opportunities to learn:

  • IPC/J-STD soldering certifications
  • Electronics assembly techniques
  • Cable and harness assembly
  • Inventory and manufacturing systems
  • Blueprint and schematic reading
  • Quality and inspection processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work overtime or flexible schedules when needed

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

Any of the following is helpful, but not required:

  • Assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Trade school or technical classes
  • Soldering experience
  • Automotive, mechanical, or repair experience
  • Warehouse or production experience
  • Military technical experience
  • Hobby electronics, gaming PC building, maker projects, or DIY experience

Important Requirements

Due to government program requirements, applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations. This includes:

  • U.S. Citizens
  • Permanent Residents (Green Card holders)
  • Refugees or Asylees

Selected candidates may also need to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.


Work Hours

This is a first shift position. Our work hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm and Friday 7am-11am.
