i9 Sports is looking for a dependable and organized Game Day Manager to help oversee our weekend youth sports programs!

The Game Day Manager will play an important role in making sure our leagues operate smoothly and that every venue meets i9 Sports standards. This position is ideal for someone who is a strong leader, enjoys working in youth sports, and can confidently manage staff and game-day operations.
Position Details
  • Position: Game Day Manager
  • Schedule: Weekends
  • Position Type: Part-Time
  • Location: Multiple i9 Sports venues in the local area
  • Pay: Competitive rate based on experience
Responsibilities
  • Oversee weekend game-day operations at assigned venues
  • Manage and coordinate game-day staff, including referees and site managers
  • Ensure all staff arrive on time and are prepared for their shifts
  • Train and support staff on i9 Sports expectations, policies, and procedures
  • Visit venues throughout the weekend to check in on staff and league operations
  • Ensure venues are clean, organized, safe, and operating up to i9 Sports standards
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve game-day issues as they arise
  • Communicate with staff, coaches, and families when needed
  • Provide feedback to staff and management regarding venue and program performance
  • Help ensure a consistent, positive experience for players and families
Qualifications
