What will you do? * Lead and supervise team, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development * Participate in the selection and training of new team members, working to ensure they are knowledgeable of laws and procedures * Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues * Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports * Monitor inventory supplies for cage operations * Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable * Monitor the ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed * Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary More about you * Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience  * Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault * Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high volume environment required * Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required * Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license * High School Diploma or GED Physical requirements * Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally * Must be able to bend and life occasionally, stand for long periods of time * Gaming environment, environment may be smoky with moderate-to-high noise levels Shift details Days Evenings Overnight M-F Weekends Holidays 10hr shift Who we are Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 1,500 video gaming machines and brings the thrill of live thoroughbred racing from April to November and year-round simulcast wagering on thoroughbred and harness racing from across the country.
