Job description

The Sales Support Representative works closely with Account Executives and customers to provide a customer experience that exceeds expectations. This role acts as the first point of contact for customers who call or walk in handling a variety of customer requests for both managed and house accounts. Successful and ambitious Sales Support Representatives will have the opportunity to transition into Account Executives in time.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work with Account Executives to handle all customer requests including, but not limited to product information, quote requests, artwork, placing orders, order status inquiries and any other various customer needs.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and email requests from all customers, assigned and house accounts.
  • Assist walk in customers with product questions, creating quotes or orders, or with pickups.
  • Identify opportunity with customers, assigned or not, and properly involve sales reps.
  • Create online team stores for customers to support company initiatives and customer needs.
  • Other duties as requested.

Required Skills:
  • Comfortable and well versed on computers.
  • Excellent communication via phone, email, and in person.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment adjusting priorities effectively.
  • Works well in a small business environment as a team player.
  • Understands technology and is able to learn systems and processes quickly.
  • Experience with apparel is a plus.
