The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in account management and capable of seeing complex operational projects through to completion while maintaining strong professional relationships across the gaming industry.
This role primarily focuses on the account management and servicing of game publisher partners specific to Evo. This includes maintaining regular communications, business updates, strategic deal-making, collaborative co-marketing and more. In addition, this role supports broader business development functions including the development of Evo's media rights business, strategic partnerships, and procurement processes on behalf of RTS and Evo.

  • Facilitate the execution of collaborations with publisher partners, moving from initial deal terms through to final implementation.
  • Manage internal workflows across event and content teams to ensure all partner deliverables and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Assist senior leadership in the administration and tracking of multi-year agreements and regional publisher deals.
Global Business Development & Deal Execution
  • Support global business development efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential commercial opportunities with international platforms, IP holders, and rights distributors.
  • Supporting senior members of the team and at times, leading the deal making process with prospective strategic partners, including but not limited to game publishers, media rights holders, local governments, licensees and other businesses
  • Assist in the creation of global pitch materials and proposals for Evo and RTS services, tailored for a diverse international audience.
  • Support the operational rollout of global licensing expansions and collaborative content programs across the fighting game community.
  • Monitor and report on global business development trends, ensuring RTS remains competitive in the international live events and media space.
Cross-Functional Operations
  • Support international operations partners with the execution and delivery of Evo's global events including but not limited to Evo Japan and Evo Las Vegas
  • Support the needs of internal product, marketing and business teams with game publisher partners, coordinating and facilitating asset management & delivery
  • Work with internal business affairs, legal & finance teams to streamline procurement, manage international invoicing, and ensure contract compliance.
  • Support the brand partnerships team in delivering global sponsorship assets and providing data-driven post-event reports to international partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to work independently in a remote-first environment across diverse time zones.
  • Flexibility to support early morning or late evening meetings as needed for global partner and team alignment.

Bonus Points
