Their main responsibilities include explaining game rules to guests, ensuring fair play, distributing prizes, and maintaining a fun, safe environment. Games Associates often interact directly with customers, encouraging participation and providing excellent customer service. They may also handle cash transactions, set up game booths, and perform minor maintenance on game equipment.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a games associate, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Games Associate, you need customer service skills, basic math abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, ticketing software, and safety protocols is typically required. Strong communication, enthusiasm, and teamwork help create a positive guest experience and handle crowds effectively.
