Job description

We at Boss Momma Boutique are excited to announce that we are currently expanding our team and seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill a new team member position. This role requires someone with a strong background in customer sales and proficiency in retail point-of-sale systems to effectively assist our customers with their purchases and ensure smooth transactions. It is crucial that candidates for this position possess a professional customer service approach, as providing an excellent in-store experience is a top priority for us.

In addition to the core sales and POS system skills, we are particularly interested in candidates who have some practical experience with hobby modeling or diorama construction, as this aligns with a significant portion of our product offerings. Furthermore, a solid understanding of popular trading card games and/or tabletop gaming would be highly valuable in assisting our diverse customer base. Ideally, the candidate would also have the knowledge necessary to help facilitate and support organized play tournaments and events for games such as Warhammer 40k, Magic the Gathering, Lorcana, Pokémon, YU-GI-OH, and Dragon Ball, as these are key aspects of our community engagement.

Position is part time with the schedule of 5pm-10pm Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and off on Wed and Thur. The pay is $12/hr to start and will come with discounts on store merchandise and bonuses based on sales and experience.

If this opportunity sounds like a good fit for your skills and interests, or if you know someone who might be a great candidate, please do not hesitate to reach out. We would be happy to provide more details about the responsibilities, expectations, and benefits of this role.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you.
