Job description

Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying cards, preparing orders, and ensuring accurate and secure packaging for shipments to our online customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately identify trading cards (including condition, edition, and version)
  • Pick cards and products for customer orders based on online sales
  • Carefully package and label orders to ensure safe and timely delivery
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies with orders to management
  • Assist with restocking and inventory as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of trading card games and collectibles (Magic, Pokémon, etc.) is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using versatile computer software (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, or shipping/receiving is a plus
  • MUST BE MINIMUM 18 YEARS OLD
