Requirements:
  • 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physically fit and mentally alert. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., sit, kneel, stand, and run.
  • First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications to include infant, child, and adult - or willing to get certified within 60 days of hire.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience and mentality.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Available to work 20+ hours per week with a flexible schedule
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Basic Job Responsibilities:
  • Create monthly schedules to ensure shift coverage for Kids Club. Where applicable, create schedules for additional programming.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
  • Attend Quarterly Zoom Coordinator Trainings.
  • Facilitate monthly Kids Club Department training and team building meetings.
  • Track Kids Club and additional programming usage and report recordings to appropriate supervisors.
  • Support and hold team members accountable for maintaining a safe and engaging environment through the facilitation of age-appropriate games and controlled and energizing activities.
  • Ensure shift coverage during hours of operations - may be required to cover shifts for team members at a moment's notice.
  • Drive A+! Take ownership of your Kids Club and host monthly events, choose themed decorations, organize the schedule of engaging activities, and push your team to use their creativity to always strive to offer a better experience for our members.
