Job description

The Milwaukee Admirals Sales Department is looking for qualified future sports business professionals to fill internship positions for the 2026-27 season (September 2026-April 2027). This opportunity gives interns a foot in the door, opportunity to learn, network and build a positive reputation in the sports industry. The Milwaukee Admirals Sales Department oversees Season Memberships, Groups, Ticket Operations, and Corporate Partnerships. Interns will work and assist in all four areas with the emphasis on growth through new sales and retention. Interns will gain a well-rounded understanding of both ticket and sponsorship sales cycles.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Coordinating gameday groups, events and occasional off-site event opportunities.
  • Assisting with pre- & post-game event set-up and takedown.
  • Assisting Admirals staff with fulfillment of Season Ticket Member perks and gameday sponsorship activation.
  • Answering questions and providing exceptional customer service at Fan Services.
  • Have a firm understanding of our ticket plans and benefits and communicating the information to prospects.
  • Maintain and service season ticket accounts throughout the season.
  • Selling tickets and servicing customers at the Advanced Ticket window.
  • All other duties as assigned by Director of Ticket Sales Development and Director of Business Development.

If this internship includes school credit, please notify the Director of Tickets Sales Development. Admirals home games are played at the UWM Panther Arena. Interns are required to work all Admirals home games unless otherwise communicated.
Pay: This internship pays $10 per hour. Both parking and dinner are provided on gamedays.
