This role upholds the highest level of integrity, safety and service while fostering a professional and efficient environment. A Table Games Supervisor actively coaches and supports dealers and trainees. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, embraces challenges, and takes pride in maintaining game integrity, service excellence, and a collaborative team culture. A supervisor promotes top tier guest service by building and maintaining positive relationships with guests and supporting the company’s commitment to excellence.What is expected of YOU:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service to guests, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Communicate effectively with other supervisors, managers, team members, vendors and guests.
  • Encourages collaboration and open communication to support operational excellence and a positive work environment.
  • Lead by example in demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company values and policies.
  • Assist in resolving guest disputes, discrepancies or complaints promptly, fairly and in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Ensure all guest transactions are handled accurately and professionally and immediately report any irregularities, disputes or conflicts to the Table Games Manager.
  • Supervise and coach dealers to ensure accuracy, professionalism and excellent guest service.
  • Able to oversee assigned table games and employees to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and company procedures.
  • Elevate the performance of assigned team members by providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  Experience YOU will need:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School/GED
  • 1 - 3 years prior experience in Table Games
  • Successful/Passed audition
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English; Bilingual skills are preferred.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of a minimum of two (2) core games.
  • Able to maintain discretion and protect confidential information.
  • Able to work flexible schedules; nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to monitor card/dice changes.
  • Able to inspect all new gaming equipment prior to use on games to ensure integrity and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent walking, kneeling, sitting, reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling for the duration of your shift.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods during a shift.
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Frequent grasping, squeezing and handling of money throughout the duration of your shift.
  • Ability to handle cards, gaming chips and other table game equipment quickly and accurately in repetitive motions.
  • Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination and finger agility for precise card dealing and chip handling.
  • Be prepared to work in a casino environment with high noise levels.
  • Must have normal color vision and the ability to perform specific visual tasks, including near and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.

  • Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
