Service Desk TechnicianPosition Overview

We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This individual will handle incoming support requests, assist with troubleshooting hardware issues, monitor system operations, and support daily technical processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, accurate, and timely support for customers and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Serve as a backup operator to help ensure system reliability and continuity.
  • Monitor system alerts, error logs, and communication channels, escalating issues according to established procedures.
  • Enter and maintain scheduling and operational data while ensuring accuracy.
  • Complete daily operational tasks and checklists accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in project initiatives and support implementation activities as assigned.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for software enhancements and new releases.
  • Process system configuration requests and verify successful completion.
  • Conduct preliminary troubleshooting of processing errors and coordinate escalation when needed.
