Why This Job MattersBe the first and last smile our guests see! This role is all about creating a welcoming, worry-free experience by greeting, assisting, and safely transporting guests to and from the casino and other designated locations. Along the way, you'll share resort highlights, answer questions, and ensure every ride feels like part of the entertainment.
What You Bring To The TableWe've included the typical physical parts of the job here. If you need an accommodation to do the work, just let us know-we're here to support you. You'll need to be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when we are busy. While performing duties of this position, employee is required to sit for extended periods, and frequently walk, and use hands to; finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion. Work in all environmental conditions including but not limited to; weather, noise and airborne particles. Ability to sit in driving position for long periods. It's important to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure, especially when dealing with stressful situations or upset people.
