Do you want a caseload full of runners, CrossFitters, active adults, and athletes who are invested in their outcomes?

Do you want to work somewhere your input matters and your development is taken seriously?

Movement Resilience is a premium, cash-based sports medicine and rehab chiropractic practice in northwest Austin, Texas. We don't contract with insurance, utilize the most advanced rehab methodologies in the field, and as a result — attract and get to work with the most motivated clients in the city.

We are growing and looking for the right person to grow with us.

Why Work for Movement Resilience?

Practice Freedom + Opportunity

Feeling boxed in by insurance rules and volume limits stifles your ability to do your best work. Here's how Movement Resilience is changing the game:

  • Freedom to express your unique knowledge and expertise with a growing community
  • Support in working for a small, growing business where your ideas can truly be put into practice

Our Rehab and Sports Performance Practice

Movement Resilience is one of the most advanced chiropractic rehab practices in Austin. Our facility serves runners, CrossFitters, golfers, and performance-minded active adults who are deeply invested in their outcomes.

Our vision is to transform the field of chiropractic from cookie-cutter, temporary fixes to personalized, long-term results. If you believe being a chiropractor is more than skilled adjusting and you want to truly improve the human experience through movement solutions and strength training, you'll fit right in.

People First Values

Movement Resilience is built on the belief that a truly great practice puts clients and clinicians first. Our values: Learn It Share It. Choose Positivity. Empower Don't Limit. Seek to Understand. Change the Standard.

We are fully cash-based, which means you can use your degree to its fullest potential without the burden of insurance reimbursement. You decide what's best for your clients.

Freedom and Support in Professional Growth

Personal and professional growth is the foundation of what makes Movement Resilience different. Every week we block two hours for team training and education, and one hour for direct 1:1 mentorship with an experienced sports and rehab DC.

For the right candidate with ownership aspirations, Movement Resilience offers a pathway to lead a new location, with on-the-job mentorship and training provided.
