Reno Staffing is looking for a Game Day Setup Crew for UNR FOOTBALL HOME GAMES!
This is a seasonal, handson role supporting large athletic events in the Reno area. As part of the Game Day Setup Crew, you’ll help prepare event spaces, set up equipment, and assist with teardown after games. It’s active, teamoriented work that keeps major events running smoothly.
MUST BE AVAILABLE and COMMIT TO WORKING ALL GAMES DATES BELOW:
  • Saturday September 5th- 2 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  • Saturday September 12th- 2 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  • Saturday September 26th- 2 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  • Saturday October 24th- 2p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  • FRIDAY November 6th - 1:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
  • Saturday November 21st - 2 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

Pay: $14/HR!
Location: UNR/Mackey Stadium Parking lot

Summary:
This seasonal role supports large athletic events in the Reno area by helping prepare and break down event spaces. As part of the Game Day Setup Crew, you’ll handle physical tasks such as setting up barricades, cones, signage, tents, tables, and other equipment before games, then assisting with teardown and cleanup afterward. The work is active, teamoriented, and essential to keeping major events running smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.
  • Set up and remove cones, barricades, signage, tents, tables, and other event equipment.
  • Move materials to and from storage areas and event locations.
  • Assist with preparing parking and pedestrian areas for safe fan flow.
  • Support quick adjustments during events if equipment needs to be moved or reset.
  • Clean up and restore areas to normal after games.
At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.

  • Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance during all shifts.
  • Arrives free from strong odors, including smoke or other substances.
  • Shows up alert, dependable, and ready to work in a publicfacing environment.
  • Demonstrates respectful behavior and follows all workplace conduct standards.
Seasonal Availability:
  • Available for the full athletic event season, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to commit to scheduled game days with consistent attendance.
  • Willing to support both early setup and late teardown as needed.
