Job Description

The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.

  • Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met
  • Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
  • Manage projects and deadlines
  • Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team
  • Time and attendance maintenance of employees
  • Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases
Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field
  • Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required
  • Technically proficient
  • High level of organization
  • Ability to work flexible hours
