We offer relocation assistance to help make your move seamless.
If you have a passion for gaming and want to make an impact, apply now!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enable Engineers, Artists and QA through the creation of thoughtful, implementation-focused Game and Feature Design Documents.
  • Using Unity and in-house tools to create design game content.
  • Use data to understand our customers and create, tune, and balance features.
  • Be a generalist game designer, ready to work end-to-end, from core loop development to live service management on new games and features.
  • Seek out critiques and opportunities to improve; iterate without attachment.
  • Become an industry expert on casual mobile game design.
  • Be a team player who listens to, encourages, and supports others.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience contributing to the design of casual or mobile games, either in a studio role or live production environment.
  • A genuine passion for casual mobile games, with an understanding of what keeps players engaged over time.
  • Able to write clear and structured Game Design Documents (GDDs) and iterate on them in collaboration with a cross-discipline development team.
  • Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, technical flows, and research materials to support early concepting.
  • Familiarity with using data and player feedback to evaluate features and inform design decisions.
  • Exposure to a range of design responsibilities, such as level design, economy tuning, feature planning, or QA/test documentation.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges, absorb feedback, and develop new skills.
  • A collaborative, respectful attitude with a desire to contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Enthusiasm for joining a small, fast-moving team where adaptability and curiosity are key to success.
