Position Overview:
As a Server at The Legend Clubs, your duties are to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers. Your dedication to hospitality and passion for creating lasting memories will contribute to the unique charm and reputation of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
  • Present menus to guests, providing detailed explanations and answering any questions they may have about menu items, specials, or club amenities.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, making thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Manage assigned tables throughout the dining experience, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to club standards.
  • Process bill payments accurately, providing friendly and prompt service while handling cash, credit card transactions, and any other forms of payment.
  • Listen attentively to guest feedback, addressing any complaints or concerns with empathy and a positive attitude, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining a seamless flow of service for guests.
