Job description

Forward Madison FC and Rally Madison FC are looking for energetic and reliable individuals who can learn in a fast-paced environment. Gameday interns will work alongside industry leaders to learn the ins and outs of match production. This role is perfect for those looking to gain experience in disciplines associated with sports and event production.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with full-time staff to ensure match scripts are completed with the proper information
  • Work with full-time staff to ensure the video board has all assets uploaded and organized
  • Lead the operation of the stadium video board with a focus on match experience and sponsor and marketing fulfillment
  • Coordinate with the promotion team to execute on-field promotional and sponsorship-related activations during pre-game and halftime
  • Assist with stat-keeping throughout the match
  • Operate the live camera to capture both fan and in-game moments
  • Assist the marketing team with writing match recaps
  • Assist with post-match interviews of players and coaching staff
  • Assist with other match-day setup and teardown activities as needed

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks with independence
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing different projects
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
