About the Job:

The Associate Manager, Delivery Strategy & Planning will play a critical role in shaping and executing the delivery strategy for Taco Bell. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring delivery is fully integrated into broader business planning and brand initiatives. They will lead strategic thinking across calendar and promotional planning as well as future growth opportunities, while translating insights into actionable plans that drive the business forward. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker who can connect multiple workstreams, influence stakeholders, and identify opportunities to unlock incremental growth. This role oversees one direct report and will help foster a high‑performing, insight‑driven team culture, while effectively balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Delivery Strategy & Planning.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Support the development and execution of the macro delivery strategy, including customer segmentation, customer playbooks, promotional strategy, and seasonality planning
  • Lead delivery growth initiatives, including focus areas such as catering, Late Night, Gen Alpha, and building an ongoing idea pipeline
  • Orchestrate delivery strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment between cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Own and manage the centralized delivery calendar, thoughtfully sequencing and planning across internal and external initiatives and ensuring cohesive execution
  • Integrate delivery into broader experience planning as a lever to close performance gaps and unlock growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Brand and Pillar leads to support major calendar moments and campaigns
  • Leverage delivery consumer insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and identify emerging trends
  • Identify market opportunities through penetration analysis, size‑of‑prize assessments, and competitive benchmarking
  • Manage and develop one direct report, providing guidance, prioritization support, and professional development
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferred in QSR/Restaurant industry
  • Self‑motivated with a ‘Day 1’ attitude – bringing a positive attitude to each project. Empowered to uncover the unknown, partner with some of the industry’s best and brightest, and brings their whole self to work.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to partner well with other team members and interpret research results across multiple audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills are a must to navigate a highly matrixed organization
  • Demonstrates logical and strategic thinking skills with a strong drive for results
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi‑task in a complex, fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with shifting priorities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, as well as monday.com
  • Experience in delivery aggregator and / or franchised business a plus
  • Experience in business and promotional analytics a plus
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to support creative ideas geared towards the delivery space a plus

Salary Range: $110,000 to $125,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
