Position Description

As the Assistant Game Room Manager at Incredible Pizza Company (IPC), you will support the Game Room Manager in overseeing Entertainment Department employees, attractions, rides, games, and the prize redemption store. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring proper training, maintaining safety standards, and managing daily operations.


A servant leadership approach is essential, fostering a respectful, supportive, and fun work environment for both employees and guests.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Perks:

  • 1 year of leadership experience or experience in the family entertainment industry
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging department
  • Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Game Room Manager
  • Provide friendly, fun, and courteous interactions with guests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
