Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Columbus, IN 47201

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $31.11 hourly

JOB SUMMARY:

Hybrid position - Mostly remote, but there are days where onsite work is required.

Required Skills Experience:

โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

โ€ข 2 โ€“ 5 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, learning/program delivery, or a related field.

โ€ข Demonstrated experience independently managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, deadlines, and competing priorities.

โ€ข Strong project management skills, including planning, task and dependency management, risk and issue management, action tracking, and stakeholder accountability.

โ€ข Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, expense management, or cost tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

โ€ข Experience supporting global learning, technical capability, talent development, or enterprise development programs.

โ€ข Experience with financial systems, procurement processes, purchase orders, invoicing, and internal cost recovery.

โ€ข Project management certification or formal project management training.
