OWN is seeking a Division Leader to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for our Infrastructure Division. This role is responsible for driving growth, developing leaders, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring exceptional project delivery across the division.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the future of the division while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
  • Establish and execute the strategic vision for the Infrastructure Division.
  • Drive divisional growth through business development, client relationships, and market expansion.
  • Champion the Great Game of Business culture
  • Lead financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Develop and mentor Group Leaders and emerging leaders within the division.
  • Champion the OWN Experience, promoting a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and employee ownership.
