Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Retail Supervisors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members while maintaining retail standards, policies, and procedures. What will you do?
  • Monitor sales performance and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue and service goals
  • Lead, coach, and motivate retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service aligning with GuestPath
  • Support opening and closing procedures while ensuring accurate processing of sales transactions
  • Ensure all team members follow company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
  • Maintain merchandising standards through proper product presentation, pricing accuracy, signage, and visual displays
  • Manage inventory activities including restocking, merchandise transfers, receiving shipments, and monthly inventories
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Enforce safety, security, and loss prevention procedures to support operational compliance
  • Prepare operational reports, communicate key business updates, and assist with store reset execution
  • Other duties assigned by management

More about you
  • Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment

Physical requirements
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Constant standing, lifting, climbing, and repetitive motions
