Job Summary: The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to Pace-O-Matic's President and/or CEO. This role manages executive schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Travel, including overnight stays, is expected for this position.
