PURPOSE STATEMENT:

To lift and inspire team stories. Game One is the premier provider of apparel, gear, and equipment unifying teams and fans in schools, clubs, and organizations.

JOB SUMMARY

The Production Coordinator will direct and coordinate decoration functions at a Game One production facility to obtain high quality, efficient operations. This position will be responsible for directing front-line team members and perform quality control and training functions in their respective department.

Status/Hours: Full-Time; Nights; Monday-Thursday; 3:30pm-2am. Overtime when needed.

JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Direct production team members, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness of orders meets customer expectations.
  • Coach and support department team members, creating a culture of encouragement.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and department orientation, following Standard Operations Procedures as established.
  • Perform quality inspections of all orders prior to production.
  • Document quality discrepancies and analyze data for trends.
  • Provide 1:1 training for new team members and continuation and cross-training of existing team members.
  • Work and communicate with other departments to ensure steady production flow.
  • Become proficient and trained in all aspects of the department.
  • Become proficient with the ERP to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with peers at other locations/departments on processes, procedures, best practices, and practices and ensure workers are trained to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Keep the Production Manager informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of objectives, offering ideas and viable solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned or dictated by the needs of the business.
  • Must be able to distinguish between colors and note deviations on design
  • Must be able to lift as much as 20lbs several times a day and 50lbs frequently.
