Job description

As Game Presentation Stage Manager, you will learn all the steps and priorities involved with conducting an exciting and engaging game day experience for our fans. This position is responsible for helping to produce & enhance the in-stadium game presentation and fan experience for all matches & events for Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC. The Game Presentation stage managers will be required to facilitate & produce a variety of events for the club's vast array of stadiums & functions.
This internship requires a minimum commitment to working every home game at America First Field.
Please note that the first RSL home game of the 2026 season will be in February and that the season may run through November or early December.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Coordinates on-field activations for all Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC matches and events.
• Conceptualize & enhance the fan experience in coordination with the Game Presentation Director & Game Presentation Manager.
• Coordinate & execute game themes, sponsorship activations & supporter rituals in coordination with RSL, Utah Royals FC, club partners & fans to maximize stadium experience & benefits for all vested interests.
• Other game day duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to attend all Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC matches.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays, weekends and accommodate the teams' schedules.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Professional manner, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to focus on small details and accuracy in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking & works well in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of in-game production, fan experience, and marketing.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
