Job Description
The Game Management Assistant supports the planning, setup, and execution of athletic events to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for teams, officials, and spectators. Responsibilities include preparing competition sites, managing game-day logistics (such as scorekeeping, timekeeping, and ticketing), enforcing venue policies, assisting with crowd control, and providing general event support as needed. This role requires availability during evenings and weekends, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
Required Qualifications
  • Specified positions must possess a valid California driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record; and/or be willing to work shifts.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic and socio-economic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students and staff.
  • Community college experience preferred.
