Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent in this position is responsible for recruiting new memberships for the Players' Club, increasing rated play, and attending to guests' needs, through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encouraging customer retention and loyalty. This incumbent is also responsible for circulating the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Circulate on the casino floor and assist customers with requests and questions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote Players' Club benefits and events.
  • Instruct customers on the Players' Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card.
  • Assist Hosts with Player Development efforts and events.
  • Help guests navigate promotions that must be redeemed at a kiosk.
  • Work directly with the Sales Force program, acknowledging our Emerald, Onyx and Titanium guests.
  • Promote qualifying offers and perks to guests who do not have a Host, by directly calling or emailing.
  • Approach and knowledge uncarded guests.  
  • Discuss the benefits of the Player's Club to any uncarded guests who accumulate a certain point level.
  • Help keep the property clean, picking up cups/wiping down machines during slow times.
  • Build relationships with internal and external guests.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to two years experience in customer service.
  • Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible in work schedule.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
