Gameday Experience Intern

CT United is looking for a Gameday Experience Intern to help deliver a welcoming, exciting, and memorable matchday environment for fans. This highly visible, fan-facing position supports guest services, in-venue activations, and supporter engagement to help ensure every match feels organized, energetic, and community-driven while providing hands-on experience in live event execution.

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available if required by your institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and present an assigned educational project
  • Assist with planning and execution of matchday fan experience
  • Staff fan zones, promotions, and in-venue activations
  • Serve as a frontline guest services ambassador
  • Support supporter groups and in-game entertainment
  • Help gather fan feedback and post-match insights

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate (required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays
