The Account Executive- Applied Rep is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth within assigned accounts by developing relationships, influencing specifications, and managing opportunities from design through closeout. This role balances individual and team sales performance while protecting margin, improving efficiency, and expanding market share in alignment with AirReps and manufacturer strategies.

  • Identify service, maintenance, and aftermarket opportunities tied to equipment sales.
  • Follow standardized sales processes, tools, CRM and reporting expectations.
  • Participate in training, product launches, and internal sales initiatives.

Reports To

Director of Sales

Salary:

This position is compensated through a 100% commission-based structure and includes a recoverable draw against future commissions.

  • On Target Earnings: $350,000 - $450,000 annually, dependent on individual sales performance
  • Commission Structure: 100% Commission based. Earnings are based on closed sales and revenue generated
  • Draw Amount: $8,000 - $12,000 annually to be paid out semi monthly

Actual Earnings will vary based on individual sales performance. OTE is estimated based on expected performance and is not guaranteed.
